Vivion Investments S.à r.l. (“Vivion” or the “Company”) today announced a capital injection of €60 million from its existing shareholders, further strengthening the Company’s balance sheet and reinforcing its long-term financial strategy. The continued support from shareholders reflects strong confidence in the Company’s business model and strategic direction.
The proceeds from the capital injection will primarily be used to reduce leverage and reduce the Company’s cost of debt. By further strengthening its capital structure, Vivion continues to position itself for long-term sustainable growth while maintaining a disciplined approach to balance sheet management.
This step represents another milestone in Vivion’s continued progress to strengthen its credit profile. Over the past year, the Company has executed a series of initiatives designed to strengthen its financial position and diversify its capital structure. These include the €50 million equity injection completed last year, the successful issuance of hybrid capital, and the placement of senior bonds in the capital markets, lowering the Company’s cost of debt. Together, these measures demonstrate the Company’s commitment to improving credit metrics, enhancing liquidity, and maintaining a prudent financial framework.
